Snip it in the Bud - Domestic Abuse and Sexual Violence Training

The Cwm Taf Morgannwg Domestic Abuse and Sexual Violence services are providing FREE domestic abuse and sexual violence awareness sessions for hairdressers, barbers and beauticians in RCT, Merthyr Tydfil and Bridgend.

The close relationships that hairdressers, barbers and beauticians form with their clients often helps them to feel comfortable enough to talk about their most personal relationships with them.

These conversations may have left them feeling concerned for their clients' safety around Domestic Abuse or Sexual Violence and unsure of what to do or where to go for help. These free training sessions will enable hairdressers, barbers and beauticians to offer basic support and where their clients can get help from.

Please raise awareness of these sessions amongst your organisations, networks and on any public facing communications channel you have available.
