Ask & Act Group 2 - Train the Trainer courses

Ask and Act is a key part of Welsh Government's commitment, in their National Strategy on Violence Against Women, Domestic Abuse and Sexual Violence, to train relevant professionals to provide effective, timely and appropriate responses to victims and survivors.

When you disseminate, please could you ensure that the staff know the following:

  • Applicants should have six months' experience of facilitating learning or a training qualification to be eligible for this training.
  • The courses are 3 days long . 2 consecutive days of taught element then a single day one month later for a microteach
  • Registration is through the Eventbrite links on attached flyer, but it would be helpful to know locally if staff are applying ,so when applying please inform mandy.terry@bridgend.gov.uk and ceri.watts@rctcbc.gov.uk
  • When registering please ensure you state your organisation and region you work in (ie Cwm Taf Morgannwg)
  • Courses are accredited by Agored Cymru
