Kooth - Free, safe and anonymous mental well being support

Kooth is a free, anonymous, confidential, safe, online wellbeing service, offering professional support, information and forums for children and young people.

Access 365 days a year to counsellors who are available:

12 noon - 10pm Monday - Friday
6pm - 10pm Saturday and Sunday

Below are resources that you may find useful, including Kooth's Spring Term offer for schools. Kooth has recently undergone a rebranding and as a result of this, their posters and cards carry a QR code. Digital examples of these are also available below.

If you would like to book sessions for your students leading up to the summer, please contact Evan Musgrave. If you require any additional resources, or want the opportunity to promote this service to your students at your convenience, the new Kooth resources hub is available here . This will allow you the opportunity to access posters, campaigns and videos.

Also available below is the sign up session with delivery notes. This would be a great activity for you to do with your students whenever you have a lesson free or some spare time.
